Workers Demolishing Sandy Hook Elementary Forced To Sign Confidentiality Agreement

Since the Sandy Hook school shooting, conspiracy theories have abounded in the absence of an official story that answers everyone’s questions. Law enforcement from outside of Sandy Hook cuffed and detained in the woods, fleeing the scene, two very different sets of AR15 magazines found (half tactically reloaded, the other half emptied completely), and how did such a light weight as Adam Lanza have carried so much ammunition and fired so many rounds, in such a short period of time… these are amongst the most notorious questions asked by conspiracy theorists. But just as the questions began to lose momentum, now a move to silence those demolishing the crime scene has reignited the debate over “what really happened.”

The Associated Press stated that the Sandy Hook elementary school is to be melted down, in their words: “erasing any trace of killing spree scene.” To make matters a bit more complicated, those workers who are demolishing the crime scene have been forced to sign a confidentiality agreement.

This agreements forbids them from public discussion of the site, photographs or even the disclosure “of any information about the building” which was the scene of the murder of 26 people last December.

Selectman Will Rodgers told The News-Times, ”It’s a very sensitive topic. We want it to be handled in a respectful way.”

Project manager Consigli Construction has barricaded the property and full-time security guards are to be stationed there around the clock. According to town officials, these are steps that go far beyond those taken at normal demolition sites. Rogers said:

“Obviously, workers need access to the site, but inasmuch as we have put restrictions on our citizens, we don’t really want those who are there somehow releasing information or recounting impressions of the site, given we are trying to move on, so to speak.”

Regardless of what you think about the Sandy Hook shooting conspiracy theories, most can agree that this is somewhat odd.
