I am STOKED!! Okay, call me a fan-boy, whatever ... I don't care. I do understand that the movies do not really follow the exacting premise of the myths as described within the comic books. Honestly, I don't care. Thus far, the movie franchise has delivered what I expected: Sci-Fi Fun - plain and simple. The latest itteration of the X-Men universe is headed this way and I am totally excited about it. X-Men: Days of Future Past combines the cast from the original X-Men trilogy with that of 2011's prequel, X-Men: First Class. When a 200,000-mile (320,000-kilometer) filament of solar material tore through the sun last month, it cut what looks like a "canyon of fire" in our closest star, new NASA observations show. Researchers at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md., pieced together a video of the sun's fire "canyon" of the phenomenon based on images collected on Sept. 29 and 30 by the space agency's sun-watching Solar Dynamics Observatory.
